WHOA! The SILLIEST Wrestling Moves EVER!

Hi! I’m Jerome Skinly and I LOVE wrestling! My dad lets me stay up kinda late sometimes to watch it with him. It's SO COOL! But I was thinking… some of the moves have REALLY funny names. Not just strong names, but… weird names.

My dad showed me a bunch! There's one called the “Dudleyville Device.” It sounds like something you build with LEGOs, not something you DO to a person! My dad said it’s a spinny move, like when you twirl around REALLY fast but with another person. That sounds dizzy!

And get THIS! There’s a move called “Kitten Wrestling!” Can you BELIEVE it?! It doesn’t even SOUND like a wrestling move! My dad said maybe the wrestler just pretends to wrestle kittens. That's silly! I think it might be a trick to make you laugh so they can… uh… win?

There’s also a move called "The Shockmaster’s Failed Debut!” That one's REALLY funny because it's about when a wrestler messed up! My dad said it's a move that ALWAYS fails! Like, every. single. time. That’s a REALLY bad move, but also kinda funny.

Some of the names sound SCARY though. Like “Tombstone Piledriver.” That sounds like something from a ghost movie! It’s when the wrestler kinda… flips the other person upside down and lands on their head. My dad said DON’T try that at home!

There's “The Doomsday Device” and that sounds like it will REALLY hurt! It’s probably a SUPER strong powerbomb. And “Scorpion Deathlock” is super scary, it’s like a REALLY bad hug that won't let go!

My dad said some wrestlers have REALLY cool names for their moves to make them famous. Like, they make up a legend around it! That’s a good idea!

I’m gonna try to make up my own wrestling move name! I think I’ll call it… "The Super-Duper Spinny Splash!" It’s when you jump REALLY high and spin around and splash on top of the other wrestler! What do you think?
