A Bit of a Damp Day in Heartside

Good morning, everyone. Leo Parks here, and well, it’s looking like a pretty typical April day here in Heartside. Cloudy, a little breezy, and, you know, there’s a chance of showers.

I just stepped outside and felt that southeast wind – it’s definitely picking up a bit, maybe 10 or 20 miles per hour? It’s not terrible, thankfully. Just enough to make you want to hold onto your hat, I guess.

The forecast says we’re looking at a high around 60 degrees, which is…okay. Not bad, not great. And they're saying there's about a 30% chance of rain today. I saw a few drops earlier, so maybe keep an umbrella handy, just in case? I always do, just to be safe.

Apparently, things might get a little cooler again towards the end of the week, and the National Weather Service is mentioning some showers and thunderstorms further east. Hopefully, that stays over there.
