RAIN AND THUNDER AND WIND OH MY!

Hi! I’m Jerome and today the weather is kinda crazy! It’s April 3rd and I live in Grand Rapids and it’s been rainy ALL morning. My mom said it’s cloudy and yucky.

But then she looked at the computer and said it might get sunny this afternoon! Only a little bit, though. It’s gonna be, like, 56 degrees, which is okay. Not super warm for playing outside, but okay.

The wind is blowing pretty hard too! Mom said it's from the west and it’s going to gust, which means it's gonna blow even HARDER sometimes. Like when you run with a cape!

But guess what? It's not over! Tonight, it’s gonna rain AGAIN. And maybe THUNDERSTORMS! Mom said some of the rain could be REALLY big and loud. And it might even thunder after I go to bed! That’s kinda spooky but also kinda cool. It will be colder tonight, like 44 degrees.

So, if you are in Grand Rapids, you should probably bring a umbrella and maybe wear your raincoat! And watch for the thunder! I hope it doesn’t wake me up. I wanna sleep good.
