WIND IS REALLY FAST AND COLD!

Brrr! It's Cold and Windy!

Hi! I'm Jerome Skinly and I'm seven! Today the weather is REALLY cold. It's 31 degrees outside, but it feels like 20! That's super cold. My mom said that's because of the wind. The wind is blowing from the East and it's going 16 miles per hour! That's fast!

It was even colder earlier. Like, at 3 in the morning it was 34 degrees. And it was windy then too! The weather lady on the TV said it's all wet and yucky, with lots of stuff in the air. She said there might be freezing rain up north. That means rain that turns to ice! And tonight, there might be thunderstorms!

There’s a LOT of warnings. Like, a flood warning, which means too much water. And a wind warning, because the wind is strong. And a winter warning, even though it's almost May! They say there's a big snowstorm way up north.

My mom says we have to be careful and wear our coats and hats. I'm hoping it gets warmer soon so I can play outside without freezing! But it's kinda cool to learn about all the different kinds of weather. It's like a big science thing!
