COLD AND MAYBE FLOODS! AND WINDY HAIR!

Hi! I’m Jerome and I’m seven! Today it’s kinda cold. My mom said it’s 37 degrees! That’s like… really cold for April. I like when it’s warm enough for shorts, but I had to wear a jacket today.

It's not super sunny. There are some clouds, but not a lot. But the man on the TV said it might rain later. He said there’s a chance, like a thirty out of a hundred chance. That means it might not, but we should still look.

And guess what? There’s a Flood Watch! That means the water might get too high. My dad said we need to be careful near the river. He said the snow is melting and the rain could make it worse. That sounds scary!

The wind is blowing a little bit, not super hard, but it's enough to mess up your hair. My mom said it might get windy-er later, with gusts! Gusts are like… super puffs of wind.

Tonight it’s gonna get even colder! Like, almost freezing! The TV man said it’ll be 23 degrees. That’s COLD!

So, yeah. Cold and cloudy and maybe rainy and watch out for floods! I hope it’s warm tomorrow so I can play outside without a jacket!
