Another November Day, Another Miserable Mess

Let’s just state the obvious: November is actively trying to ruin our lives. And succeeding. As of this afternoon, November 25th, 2025, we're wading through a pathetic excuse for weather. Showers, naturally, decided to descend upon us, clinging to everything with the enthusiasm of a desperate politician. Expect damp socks, smeared makeup, and a general feeling of existential dread.

The high barely scraped 49°F, and frankly, it felt colder. A pathetic, clinging fog rolled in before 9 AM, ensuring that even seeing the misery around you requires effort. The wind, a feeble 3-5 mph, barely registers as a breeze, instead serving as a damp whisper of what’s to come. And believe me, it’s not good.

Don’t bother making plans for tonight. The showers aren’t stopping. They're escalating. We're talking a 100% chance of precipitation, accompanied by a wind that might actually pick up and cause some inconvenience. Gusts to 25 mph? Thrilling.

And it doesn't end there. Oh no. This pathetic display continues for days. Snow, rain, freezing rain – the atmosphere is clearly indecisive and taking it out on us. Thanksgiving? Expect a slushy, wind-whipped nightmare with a potential inch of snow. Blowing snow is apparently a feature, not a bug.

Frankly, the whole thing is an insult. A soggy, freezing insult. Stay inside. Lament the passing of warmth. And for the love of all that is decent, do not attempt to enjoy the outdoors. You’ve been warned.
