COLD AND WINDY AND MAYBE RAIN!

Hi! I'm Jerome and today the weather is…well, it's kinda yucky. My mom told me Chicago is really cold and it’s gonna rain down south. That means if you go there you need a coat! And maybe boots!

But we are in Grand Rapids! It's not SUPER cold here, it’s like…40! That’s what my mom said the number is. It’s kinda gray and cloudy though. Not sunny at all.

She also said it might rain tonight. Like, there’s a good chance! She said 40 percent. I don't really know what that means, but it sounds like a lot! So maybe we should keep our umbrellas by the door.

The wind is blowing too! Not super hard, but enough to make the trees wiggle. My mom said it's blowing from the northeast. That’s a direction. I think.

It’s gonna get a little warmer, maybe up to almost 50! But still, brrr! I’m gonna wear my fuzzy socks all day. And maybe build a fort! That’s a good thing to do when the weather is yucky.
