SKY IS SILLY! COLD THEN HOT THEN THUNDER!

The Sky Today! By Jerome Skinly

Hi! I’m Jerome and I like looking at the sky. Today it was… warm! It was sixty degrees! That’s like, almost summer. But not quite. My mom said it feels like fifty-eight, so maybe it's tricking us.

The wind was blowing kinda hard from the back, like when you run with a balloon! It was twelve miles an hour, my dad told me. That’s fast!

Tomorrow it’s gonna be EVEN warmer! Seventy degrees! But… there might be thunderstorms. Thunderstorms are loud! I hope I get to watch them from the window.

Then it gets cold again. Like, almost freezing on Wednesday! Then it goes up and down and up and down. It's kinda silly, the weather.

My mom says there’s a little bit of rain maybe happening lots of days this week. But not too much, she said. I hope it doesn't rain on my bike riding day!

Tonight it's getting cooler. From sixty to fifty. So, I gotta wear pajamas! And maybe ask for hot cocoa. It was a good day for the sky, though. It did a lot of different things!
