Weather's Just…Kind of All Over the Place, Isn't It?

A Bit of Everything Today, Grand Rapids

Well, good morning everyone. It’s…a day, isn’t it? I stepped outside just a few minutes ago and, honestly, it felt like winter wanted one last hug. Or maybe a shove? It’s 46 degrees out there in Heartside right now, and they're saying there's a pretty good chance of snow – like, 84% chance! – and a bit of a breeze at 11 mph. Definitely a coat day, maybe even gloves.

It’s kind of strange, really. Just yesterday it felt like things were almost turning around, but not today. I saw on wzzm13.com that they’ve issued a Weather Impact Alert for Thursday, with some strong thunderstorms predicted for the afternoon and evening. Yikes.

The good news, I guess, is that Wednesday looks…okay? Cloudy, but up to 63 degrees. That sounds nice. But then Thursday, well, they’re saying it’s going to be really cold again, with highs only around 25. FOX 17 and Weather.com seem to agree on that, too. They're both predicting temperatures sticking in the 30s and 40s for a bit. Weather.com says there’s even a small chance of flurries tonight.

So, yeah. A little bit of everything. I just hope everyone stays safe and warm, and maybe keeps an umbrella handy. And, uh, maybe don't plan anything too exciting for Thursday? Just a suggestion. It's best to just go with the flow, you know?
