Stuff Happening All Over! - By Jerome Skinly

Hi! I'm Jerome and I write for Jape News! Today I'm gonna tell you about stuff that's happening in the world. It's kinda scary sometimes, but also interesting!

First, there's a big fight still going on in Ukraine and Russia. It's been happening for a long time and people are still getting hurt. My teacher says it's really important, but I mostly just hope everyone is okay.

Then, something bad happened in Hong Kong! There was a fire in a tall building and lots and lots of people went missing. Forty-four people are…gone. And almost three hundred are still missing! That's like, if ALL the kids in my school disappeared! Three people got arrested, but I don't know why yet. It's really sad.

China is doing stuff too. They had big, big storms and lots of rain. It made things hard for people.

And guess what? People are still playing sports! The NFL and the NBA are still happening, even with all the other stuff going on. My favorite player, he's a quarterback, threw a really good pass last week!

There's also news about money and…businesses. Grown-ups like that stuff. And science! They're learning new things all the time!

Sometimes the world is a little scary, but there's also good stuff happening! And it's important to know what's going on, even if you're just a kid like me!
