A Bit Dreary Out There, Folks

Good morning, Grand Rapids! It’s… well, it’s a bit of a damp one today, isn’t it? I just stepped outside to grab a coffee, and let me tell you, the wind is brisk. They’re saying it’s coming from the East-Northeast at 15 to 25 miles per hour, which is, uh, pretty fast, actually.

The sky is pretty consistently cloudy, and the forecast is calling for occasional rain later on. They’re predicting about half an inch, so maybe hold off on washing the car, just to be safe. And definitely bring an umbrella if you’re heading out! I, uh, I remembered mine. Luckily.

It's not terrible, though. Just… gray. And a little wet. The temperature is supposed to drop down to around 41 degrees tonight, so it’s definitely a cozy-inside kind of day. A good day for a book, maybe? Or a warm drink.

Honestly, it's a pretty typical April day in Michigan, if you think about it. We get the nice days, but we also get days like this. Ninety percent chance of rain, they say. That's… that's a high chance. But, you know, we’ll get through it. Everyone just stay safe out there, and maybe wear a bright jacket so people can see you!
