COLD WIND MAYBE SNOW!

Brrr! It's Cold! - By Jerome Skinly

Hi! I'm Jerome and today the weather is REALLY cold. My mom said it's 36 degrees! That's like, almost freezing! We looked outside and it's all gray and cloudy. Not sunny at ALL.

The wind is super strong too. It's blowing from the west, which is that way points vaguely and it's going 20 miles an hour! That’s FAST! My dad said there might be snow before lunchtime, but only a little bit. Only 20 percent chance, whatever that means.

It feels even colder because of the wind. My mom called it "wind chill" and said it’s 25 degrees! We have to wear hats and gloves and coats and everything.

Tonight, my mom said there might be rain. Or maybe just wet. She said it might happen when we're sleeping. It won't be super cold tonight, only 35 degrees, but still cold enough for hot cocoa!

I wish it was summer already. I want to play outside without a million layers! But maybe the snow will come and we can make a tiny snowman. That would be cool.
