Hi! I’m Jerome and I try to tell you what’s going on in the world. It's kinda scary sometimes, but my mom says it's important to know.

So, there’s a big fight still going on between Ukraine and Russia. It’s been a long time and it's still not fixed. Russia is sending planes near other people’s space stuff, which is like, really mean! It's like if I took my brother's LEGOs without asking.

And in another place called Gaza, there's fighting too. Lots of people are trying to help, and Qatar (that’s a country!) is talking to everyone, but it's still hard.

Speaking of countries, the US and Cuba… well, someone named Assata Shakur died, and that made things tricky. My mom says it's complicated, with lots of history.

There was a REALLY big storm called Typhoon Ragasa! It went near China and Taiwan and probably made a big mess. I hope everyone is okay!

In a place called Ecuador, there was a fight inside a prison and… and seventeen people died. That's a LOT. Prisons should be safe, right?

Here's something silly… or maybe not. Some scientists saw sharks… doing a shark thing. My dad said it was a "threesome" but I don't really get that. It was on camera!

And guess what? Even grown-ups argue about TikTok! Mr. Trump wants to do something about it, again. My cousin loves TikTok, so that's kinda sad.

Oh! And Amazon, the place where you get toys, had to pay a lot of money because they weren't being fair to people. My mom says that’s good.

They're building houses in Vietnam using old ways to help with the weather. That's smart! And they're using stuff people threw away to make new stuff. Like when I build a spaceship out of cardboard!

Someone who played soccer died after getting hurt. That's really sad. Even though I play tee-ball, it’s still sad when people get hurt playing games.

And Mr. Trump went to watch golf. Some people think that's okay, and some people don't. Grown-ups are confusing!

Lastly, a man was sent back to a place called Eswatini. He used to live in the US, but then he went back to Eswatini. It's kinda like when I visit Grandma and then come home.

That's a lot of stuff happening! It makes my head hurt. I think I need a snack. Maybe cookies? Bye!
