COLD THEN WARM LIKE SHOES!

Brrr, Then Not Brrr!

Hi! I'm Jerome Skinly and I'm seven! Today the weather is kinda weird. It's cold RIGHT NOW. Like, 37 degrees! That's almost freezing! My mom says that's like when water turns into ice, but not quite. The wind is blowin' pretty hard too! Like if you were a leaf, it would blow you all the way down the street!

But guess what? It's gonna get warmer! The weather man – my dad is kinda the weather man when he looks at his phone – says it's gonna be almost 60 tomorrow! That means maybe I can wear my superhero costume outside without a jacket!

Today it was sunny for a little bit, but now it's cloudy. Tonight it will be mostly cloudy again. And the wind? Still blowin'! It's gonna be like a windy, chilly, then not-so-chilly day.

My teacher, Mrs. Gable, says that's called “changing weather.” It's like when you change your shoes when you go outside. The weather is changing its coat! It's kinda cool, actually.
