Ape News: A Damp Day in Heartside
Good morning, primates! H.R. Rambe here, bringing you the latest from Ape News.
Here in Heartside, Grand Rapids, Michigan, we’re experiencing a bit of a drizzle today. The sky is clouded over and we’re expecting a few showers throughout the day. Not a torrential downpour, mind you, just a bit of wetness to keep the foliage happy. The temperature is hovering around 60°F, with a gentle breeze coming from the southeast—around 10 to 20 mph, according to Ape News’ sources. There's about a 30% chance of getting sprinkled on, so perhaps keep a large leaf handy.
But don’t let a little water dampen your spirits! While we’re getting a few showers, the East Coast is bracing for showers and thunderstorms. And down in Florida? They're not just getting wet, they’re dealing with increased rip currents. We've got it pretty good here, relatively speaking.
The humans at the National Weather Service say this wet pattern will continue for a while, with cooler temperatures expected to return Sunday into next week. So, prepare for a bit of a shift, my fellow apes!
That’s all for today's weather report from Ape News. Stay dry, and remember to share your bananas!
