Mild March Evening Settles Over Michigan
By Leo Parks, Jape News
It’s a pretty nice evening, actually. Not too cold, not too warm. I just stepped outside and it feels…pleasant. A good in-between, you know?
Here in Lansing, it’s currently 56 degrees, though it felt a bit cooler earlier. The wind is coming from the southwest at about 13 miles per hour – not enough to really bother you, just a gentle breeze. I checked a few sources, and apparently, The Weather Channel is considered pretty accurate these days. They really seem to know their stuff!
It’s been mostly sunny for a while, but things are clouding over a little bit now. They’re saying it’ll be partly cloudy for the next few hours, dipping down to around 47 degrees overnight. Honestly, there’s barely any chance of rain – just a one or two percent chance, so you probably don’t need to worry about that.
Up in Grand Rapids, it’s a little warmer, 59 degrees, but they’re also looking at possible thunderstorms on Tuesday. So, maybe keep an umbrella handy if you’re planning to head that way?
It sounds like we’re in for a bit of a warming trend over the next few days, then a little bit of rain. Overall, though, not a bad way to spend a March evening. I think I’ll just…stay inside and maybe read a book. It's nice to just relax, you know? Hopefully, everyone has a good night!
