RAIN AND WIND AND LOTS OF WATER!

Hi! I’m Jerome and today the weather is… wet! It’s raining right now where I am in Grand Rapids. My mom said it’s 41 degrees, but it feels like 32! That’s cold!

It’s not just a little rain either. It’s kinda windy too! The wind is blowing super hard, like when you run with a kite but stronger. My dad checked and said it’s going 20 miles per hour, and sometimes even 28! That's FAST.

They said on the TV that it might even thunder today! And they said it’s gonna rain ALL DAY. Like, 100 percent chance! That means if you go outside, you will get wet. They said maybe half an inch or even MORE rain will fall! That’s a LOT of water.

Tonight it's gonna be kinda cloudy still and cold. Then tomorrow it might be sunny a little bit, but still kinda cold. And then… MORE rain on Monday! But Tuesday will be sunny! Yay!

I’m gonna wear my rain boots and maybe build a fort inside because of all the wind and rain. Rainy days are good for forts! And hot cocoa! And maybe watching cartoons! It’s kinda fun to be inside when it’s wild outside.
