Hot Pizza From a Rocket!

Hi! I’m Jerome Skinly and I’m seven! Today I learned about pizza… and ROCKETS!

There’s a place in Grand Rapids, Michigan called Rocket Pies. They make pizza and salad. But get this – they don’t use a normal oven! They use a rocket oven! It’s not a REAL rocket that goes to space, silly. It’s a special oven that uses a rocket thing to get super hot.

I saw a video on the computer (my mom helped) and it showed how they made the oven bigger! They added another pan spot! It’s like making a really long oven. It's cool!

So, if you go to Rocket Pies, you’re eating pizza made in an oven that’s kinda like a rocket! That’s awesome! I want rocket pizza! Maybe they have pepperoni…and maybe I could be a rocket pizza maker when I grow up!
