NEW GAME STUFF IS SO COOL!

Hi! I'm Jerome and I like video games A LOT. My big brother tells me all about the new stuff coming out, and it’s REALLY cool. So I’m gonna tell YOU about it!
First, about the picture makers! Those are called GPUs! My brother says NVIDIA is winning BIG. Like, almost ALL the people getting new picture makers are getting NVIDIA ones! He says they have a 5060 and a 5070 and a 5090! Those numbers are like, how good they are. Bigger numbers are better! AMD is trying, but they aren't selling as many. My brother says the AMD ones are okay, but the NVIDIA ones are SUPER good for making the games look REALLY real.
And then there's the BRAINS of the computer! Those are called CPUs! Intel has a new brain called Arrow Lake, but my brother says it’s… not the BEST. He said it’s okay, but they are hoping the NEXT one, Nova Lake, will be REALLY good. AMD is making a new brain too! It’s called Zen 6 and it's gonna be made with tiny little things that make it faster! They use a place called TSMC to MAKE the brains, and TSMC is REALLY good at it. But sometimes things cost more money because of…stuff. My brother says it's about taxes.
Oh! And SCREENS! They’re getting BETTER! You can get screens that are SUPER big, like 8K! That's a LOT of pixels! And some are OLED, which means the colors are REALLY bright and cool. They’re even gonna have 25-inch OLED screens for GAMING next year! That's about the size of my head! And they have these things called Thunderbolt 5 to make the picture come FAST.
My brother also told me about handhelds. Like, computers you can HOLD! Lenovo is making a new one called the Legion Go 2! It has REALLY good stuff inside.
TSMC is building tiny chips for everyone, but it’s hard and Japan is trying to build chips too! It’s like building with LEGOs, but WAY more complicated.
So yeah! That's the new stuff! My brother says it all costs a LOT of money, but it's cool to see what they can do! I really want a new graphics card…but I need to do my homework first.
