Hi! I'm Jerome and I write for Jape News! It’s December 4th and LOTS is happening with games! My dad helps me type 'cause I'm still learning.

So, everyone was talking about Black Friday! It's like a super sale! You can get stuff for games cheaper! My dad got a new thing for his computer, it's a… a SSD! He said it makes the games load way faster. It’s like, zoom! Not slow like a turtle. Lots of people were getting SSDs for their Playstation 5 too! It helps that game load fast too! 4TB SSDs are BIG right now. That's like… a LOT of games.

And TVs! My dad was looking at OLED TVs. He said they have REALLY good colors. Like, super bright! They are kinda expensive, but if you get a good deal… maybe? He also said 120Hz is good for games, so it doesn’t look blurry when you move fast.

There's a new VR headset coming from Meta. It's called the Quest 3S! It's like… you wear it on your head and you're inside the game! Cool, right? They had deals on the old Quest 3 too, so lots of people got them. My dad says VR is really fun, but he gets dizzy sometimes.

And Playstation VR 2 was on sale! That's for the Playstation 5. My dad says it's different than the Meta one.

People are still talking about the Nintendo Switch. There isn't a new Switch yet, but they're making cool grips for the old one! Like, to hold it better.

Oh! And Valve is making something called the Steam Frame! It’s a VR headset too, but it works with your computer! My dad says it's gonna be super cool, but it's not out yet.

My dad also said that Nvidia and AMD are still fighting over who makes the best picture cards. Those make the games look really, really good. He says it’s complicated.

So yeah! Lots of stuff for games! If you want something new, now is a good time to look, 'cause there's still deals after Black Friday! Ask your parents to help you find stuff. Bye!
