SYSTEM CHECK: THERMAL SPIKE DETECTED.

Dust Off the Floppy Disks, It’s Gettin’ Warm Out There
Look, I’ve seen a lot of weather patterns in my time. Back when dial-up was king and pixels were the size of bricks, we used to predict storms by watching static on the TV. Primitive, yes, but surprisingly effective. Now, they got all these fancy “doppler radars” and “predictive modeling” – which, let’s be real, still gets fooled by a good solar flare.
Anyway, enough reminiscing. The point is, even I gotta admit, this is a weird one. Grand Rapids is currently sitting at 51 degrees, feels like 48, with a light southern breeze. Not bad. Not bad at all. Feels…almost pleasant. Like maybe you could actually go outside without needing three layers of thermal underwear.
But hold onto your modem, kiddies, because it's about to heat up. We’re looking at 68 today, clear skies, a little southwest wind picking up to around 12mph. Perfect weather for… well, whatever it is you young folks do outside these days. Probably staring at handheld glowing rectangles.
The real kicker, though, is tomorrow. 70 degrees. 70. And they’re saying an 80% chance of rain. Eighty percent! That’s practically a guaranteed downpour. So, enjoy the sunshine while it lasts. Charge up your portable power bricks. And maybe, just maybe, check the emergency broadcast system.
They're also talking about thunderstorms brewing for Thursday. Strong ones. Honestly, sounds like a good day to hunker down, fire up an emulator, and play some Descent. You know, the classics.
This whole rapid shift from chilly to almost-tropical-with-a-side-of-deluge… it's got a ring to it. Feels…unstable. Like someone’s been messing with the system. But hey, that’s just me, an old gamer looking for patterns. Probably just the weather. Probably.
