BUNNIES SCOTLAND SPACE AND MORE!

Hi! I’m Jerome and I write for Jape News! This week is REALLY busy with lots of special days. My mom helped me write it down so you don’t forget!

Today is April 6th and it’s…a LOT. First, there’s a day for playing sports and being nice. That sounds good! It’s called International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. That’s a big name!

And it's Easter Monday! That means some people got to hunt for eggs yesterday! Maybe you did? I got two chocolate bunnies. They were yummy.

Also, today is about Scotland! My friend Liam said his grandma is from Scotland. It’s called National Tartan Day and they wear special checkered pants! Cool!

Tomorrow, April 7th, is World Health Day. That means we should all try and eat our veggies. My mom always says that. There's also a sad day to remember people from Rwanda. It’s important to remember, my mom says.

Then, on April 9th, Passover ends. My friend Sarah said it's a really important holiday. And we say thank you to people who were POWs! That means they were captured when fighting for us. They're super brave!

April 10th is Good Friday for some Christians. It's kinda quiet and serious. Then, April 11th is Holy Saturday. Almost like getting ready for something!

And THEN! On April 12th! LOTS of stuff! Some Christians get to celebrate Easter again! It's called Orthodox Easter. And they get to have another Easter Monday too!

Plus, it’s a day for space! Like rockets and astronauts! That’s my favorite. And…it's Thomas Jefferson's birthday! He was on the money!

So yeah! That's all the special days this week. It’s a busy one! Don’t forget them! Bye!
